Criteria for NetSlim
NetSlim is developed using the following inclusion criteria to extract a high confidence set of reactions from NetPath pathways. |

Reactions supported by at least 2 research articles |

Reactions reported in atleast 2 cell types |
| |
• |
Protein-protein interactions reported through high-throughput analyses, as well as induced PTMs identified using mass
spectrometry are included if they are supported by findings from targeted biochemical studies |

Components of known protein complexes even if they do not meet 2 research article criteria |
| |
• |
Molecules or reactions described in expert review articles |
| |
